Privacy policy

Party details you enter in the quiz: date, borough, theme, age band, headcount, budget and the categories you need. Contact details you give at checkout: name, email and phone. Guest responses submitted through an RSVP link: name, optional email, attendance, headcount, dietary needs and allergies.

Vendors additionally provide business details, service areas, packages, photos and payout contact information.

To match you with vendors that fit, to pass the booking to those vendors, to let you manage your party and guest list, and to send service messages about your booking. We do not sell your information.

A vendor sees only the orders containing their own items, including the host contact details needed to deliver the service. Guests who open an invite link see the party details, never other guests responses. Only you, as the host, see your full guest list and RSVP notes.

Accounts are protected by email and password or Google sign in. Data is stored with row level access rules so each account can reach only its own records. Guest RSVP links use a long random token rather than an order number.

We keep booking records while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated party data by emailing privacy@partizee.com.

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We do not run advertising trackers.
