Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Partizee, a New York City marketplace where parents discover and book party vendors.
Last updated July 2026
Who we are
Partizee is a booking platform. We introduce you to independent vendors such as bakeries, caterers, entertainers, decorators and photographers. We are not the vendor and we do not perform the service ourselves.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking through Partizee creates a request. A booking is only confirmed once the vendor accepts it. Until every vendor on your order responds, treat your party plan as provisional.
Prices shown come from the vendor and are calculated on our servers at the time you submit. Final pricing may change if you alter the date, headcount or scope after booking.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate event details, including date, borough, headcount and any allergy or access needs. Be reachable at the phone number and email you provide. Make sure the venue is available and accessible for the vendors you book.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, staffing, food safety and service quality. Vendors agree to keep their availability calendar and package details current.
Sample listings
While we onboard our founding roster, some listings are clearly labelled as samples. Sample listings are for demonstration only and cannot be fulfilled.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Partizee is not liable for a vendor failing to perform, for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions go to hello@partizee.com.
